As we are getting closer to the AskGamblers Awards virtual ceremony (with only 6 days left until the main event!), we are at the edge of our seats to find out who the winners are going to be. With the competition stiff and tough, we must admit you – dear players – are going to have a difficult task to help our jury choose the best of the best.
SoftSwiss has recently announced that 5 online casino brands running on their platform have become the finalists in the Best Online Casino category at AskGamblers Awards 2020.
The list of these casinos includes BitStarz Casino, King Billy Casino, N1 Casino, Oshi Casino, and SlotWolf Casino. The brands running on the company’s White Label solution are holding 5 out of the total 10 places in the finalists’ list for Best Online Casino.
On that occasion, we gathered here with the SoftSwiss team today to discuss it all a bit further.
Don’t want to brag, but casino brands powered by SoftSwiss technologies and white label infrastructure have always been among winners since AskGamblers Awards started in 2018, suffice it to mention BitStarz and King Billy Casino. Moreover, our game studio BGaming was among the nominees last time for an innovative video slot.
So, it feels awesome to be in the pack again! But to know that the event is finally returning after the turbulent last year — this feels even better, so congratulations to the whole AskGamblers team!
I would say there is no “secret sauce” to this “dish”, but rather a smart and effective composition of ingredients each contributing to that mouth-watering taste. 🙂
We from our end are always ready to bring in whatever our operators need. Some of them need just the iGaming platform, while others rely on a range of extra services that we provide: first-tier support to players, customer retention, loyalty program building, tools for affiliate management… In any case, like with all great endeavours, it all needs to work together on a high level to achieve peak performance.

We absolutely like the fact that winners of the awards are determined not only by the Jury but by players themselves. This brings in more transparency and allows for more interesting competition.
Also, it again boils down to people. The team organizing the Awards is just so remarkable, you can feel a lot of warmth when communicating with them, let alone when you arrive in Belgrade. Let’s hope the next awards will be entirely an offline event!
